Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

BLACK DIAMOND MARBLE AND GRANITE terms and conditions:

• 50% due at start of project.
• Remaining 50% due at completion/installation of project.
• Client is responsible financially for any custom stone orders placed.
• Every client will receive a custom written quote for their project post job inspection and measurements.
• Black Diamond Tile & Granite is not responsible for any damage to your stone post installation. Any correction to damage post installation and job completion will be subject to repair estimate. 
• PRICING INCLUDES... Stone, fabrication, Installation.
• DOES NOT INCLUDE.... Sinks, fixtures or additional items needed outside of the stone.
